History of the company
17th of March 1958 The Company has founded and it paid 110,000,000yen in capital.
25th of August 1958 The Company has started ship building and ironworks.
20th of May 1963 The Company has added new purposes on the Statute.The new
purposes are makin cans, civil engineering and construction work and
making tanks.
8th of June 1964 The Company has received license for registered constructor.
1st of November 1966 The Company had build factory in Sapporo's ironworks area. The
Company hadstarted making cans, civil engineering and construction,
steel-frame bridge construction work and making tanks.
14th of August 1967 The Company has received license for heavy vehicles' naintenance
works.
30th of June 1972 The graving dock for 1,900 ton class vessels had opened.
20th of February 1975 The Company has started works for salvage.
31st of January 1985 The Company had closed the factory at Sapporo.
1st of February 1985 The Company had opened the sales office at Sapporo.
10th of November 1989 The Company had enlarged the graving dock to 108m in total
length, 18.5m in width, and depth is -5.5m, and Capacity of
within 3 hours. The dock can accept 3,200 ton class vessels.
6th of December 1999 The Company had enlarged the graving dock again. The dock can
accept 4,000 ton class vessels.
13th of September 2005 The Company get floating dock 《SOKAI》.
24th of October 2012 Certification get Obtaining ISO 9001:2008 (NJQ-333 registration
number)

《SOUKAI》
1.《SOUKAI》 Out line
The mother ship consists of pontoon and one control tower in the one with the loading ability 4,500 ton, and has set up the preliminary buoyancy tank to supplement an opposite gunwale the lack of
the buoyancy to obtain the stability when hull does the subsidence surfacing.
As the feature, the central watch board is set up in the control tower, the ballast tank of the building slip is divided into 16 watertight subdivision, and each tank is controlled, and

method.
Moreover, it has the area of building slip 48m*33m in the production of the caisson, and one dynamo is set up as 2 jib cranes and motive power for the hanging crowding such as the type
frame reinforced concretes.
The mother ship was designed by thinking about safe secession of working improvement and the caisson like the above-mentioned, floating dock of non-type ,that is, the caisson fabricating
barge.
